More of my brother's wedding photos

You just know when you see a sign like this it's going to be grand!
After the wedding ceremony and their debut they started the reception with a dance. They danced to Elvis Presley's "Can't Help Falling in Love", which was sung by a live band. The band was amazing! Their dance was so lovely and oh so sweet.

The cutting of the cake...they behaved and were very sweet about it...much to my disappointment. Just kidding.
The father/daughter dance was soooo sweet. I actually cried. The bride's father is such a soft spoken, tender hearted guy and they looked so sweet.
The mother/son dance. My mom is wearing a traditional Filipino dress that is customarily worn in weddings.
This picture was taken after the Dollar Dance. The Dollar Dance is a tradition done in Filipino culture where the bride and groom start off the dance and guests pin money on them and cut in and share a dance. It is a gesture of generosity shown to the newly wed couple, to help them start their new life together.
In this photo is my Aunt Lourdes and my Uncle Junie (my mom's brother). I hadn't seen them in 18 years. Besides being able to attend my brother's wedding, it was also a mini family reunion. I am so happy that I was able to attend his wedding. My brother is one of my best friends and to be able to be a part of the wedding (and all of my kids too) was an honor. As most of you know I was a bridesmaid, Dote was the pianist, Sebastian and Elijah were ring bearers and Sophia was one of the flower girls.
I wish my brother and his new bride all the best as they begin their lives as husband and wife. I wish them wisdom and strength to weather any storm and a love that grows stronger each day as they journey through life together.
